发记鱼杂专卖店

发记鱼杂专卖店,以前只做早市,现在连晚上也有得吃了。

我喜欢这汤,甜中带点儿酸,如果要的话,还可以加生奶(另加RM1.00)。至于料呢,鱼片、鱼丸、鱼杂还是要鱼头,任你选择。面呢,有两种,一种是较粗的黄面,另一种较幼的。我通常都点幼面因为我嫌粗面有点碱水味。当然,还有米粉和河粉。

炸腐竹,脆口的腐竹里头裹着弹牙的鱼饼。
